ADVICE FOR GETTING THE BEST QUALITY PHOTO:

Photos must be less than 10 mb.

Choose a photo that is well lit. Lighting in front of the faces, not from behind.

As photos get smaller they tend to get darker so a dark photo will be very hard to see.

Choose a photo that has a high resolution. That will keep the most detail as it is made smaller.

Do not choose a collage of photos. Try not to use photos of photos.

Do not use a photos of a computer monitor.

Do not choose a very tightly cropped photo with a face close to the edge. This make cropping very tricky and may result in wasted space.

If you are choosing a photo with multiple people, try to choose one with the people close together. If there is distance it will reduce the detail.

Warranty
All items carry a 60 day warranty. If they fail under normal use they will be replaced at no charge. Warranties begin from the tracked date of delivery. In order to get the replacement the original may be requested to be returned.     This company not only has high quality products, they also have amazing customer service! I realized after purchase that I would need rush delivery. They responded immediately and expedited my order even before they recieved the rush delivery fee. I was so impressed with the locket I recieved! And they got it to me so fast that I was able to present this very special gift to a gold star mom, in memory of her son, on memorial day. A full 2 weeks earlier than the june 9th date I told them I needed it by! So proud to support this company, and will be turning to them for keepsakes in the future.

    At first I was abit worried of how it would turn out. It was a birthday gift for my mother, she loved the memorial necklace of my late brother. Today, I just received it in the mail, I live in Canada & the only downside was it did take a whole month & few days to get to me..other then that, I love it! Thank U, I’m definitely gonna order another something else!

    This was the perfect gift for my dad. He lost his dad (my grandfather this year and this was a beautiful thing for him to keep and cherish. I do wish the picture was a little bigger. But other then that, it's absolutely beautiful!! Thank you ♡♡♡
