How long should it take for my order to arrive?
With Standard Production we work "First come, first served". Most order ship within 2 to 3 weeks but please allow up to four to six weeks after purchase for shipping.
With Rush Production orders will ship within 7 to 10 days. Not all orders can be rushed. Products that currently cannot be rushed: Dog tag Products, Personalized Baby Feet, Medical Alert Products, and Name necklaces.
Why does it take so long?
It takes so long because everything is custom, handmade, to order. Whether it is a Charm Necklace or a Medical Alert Bracelet everything is made to order and at any given time we have hundreds to thousands of orders. It may take a little while longer to get but it is quality that you are waiting for.
If it going to take four to six weeks to ship was my card charged right away?
You were charged because everything is custom to order. We cannot spend time, money and supplies on an order without having the payment upfront.
I checked my account and my order says "Awaiting Shipment". What does that mean?
"Awaiting Shipment" means that we have your order in the queue for production. When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How do I clean my Paracord bracelet if gets dirty?
If there are no add-ons, like charms, the washing machine is fine. If there are charms or other add-ons we suggest using some detergent and a small brush like a tooth brush.
I ordered the wrong size bracelet. Is there anything you can do?
If when ordering you made a mistake in your choice of size we do have a service to help you. The resize service is offered at a cost $8 for one bracelet and $1 for each additional bracelet (price includes redelivery).There is more information at the bottom of the page here Sizing Help.
What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We will not accept paper checks, money orders, or cash. It just gets messy.
Why don't you have a phone number to call?
We are an online company. We do customer service through email. This allows us to have records of customer interactions and gives us time to take care of issues at a pace we can handle. By not answering the phone all day we are able to keep costs lower and spend more time working on orders.
You don't even have a phone number to take phone orders?
We do not process phone orders for security reasons. The website is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to order. It is safer for you, and there is less liability for us.
