Is your stuff premade?
No. Not at all. Everything that we offer is custom, handmade, to order. Even products with predetermined colors or styles are still made for each individual customer.
How long should it take for my order to arrive?
We work "First come, first served". Please allow up to four to six weeks after purchase for delivery. It will probably be done sooner.
Why does it take so long?
It takes so long because everything is custom, hand made, to each order. Whether it is a NFL bracelet or a medical alert everything is made to order and we have thousands of orders. Sometimes hundreds everyday but we also have many people working 40 hours a week to make each order to the exact specifications. It may take a little while longer to get but it is the quality that you are waiting for.
If it takes four to six weeks why was my card charged right away?
You were charged because everything is custom to order. We cannot spend time, money and supplies on an order without having the payment upfront.
I need my order faster and there is no rush on the website. Is there anyway to rush my order?
Rush is not a standard option because depending on how custom your order is it may not be possible to rush. If your order is simple and not too large we can offer rush on an order by order bias. If you want to request rush email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask if your order can be rushed. If it can be rushed we will send you an email invoice for $10 and your order should ship within 3 business days after the invoice is paid.
I checked my account and my order says "Awaiting Shipment". What does that mean?
"Awaiting Shipment" means that we have your order in the queue for production. All orders are made first come first served and are custom to order. Orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks but are usually done sooner. When your order ships you will receive an email.
How much is shipping?
If you live in the USA or any of its territories (including APOs) and you order anything in any quantity then shipping is $4.
If you live in the United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada the shipping cost is $20.

How do I clean my Paracord bracelet if gets dirty?
If there are no add ons, like charms, the washing machine is fine. If there are charms or other add ons we suggest using some detergent and a small brush like a tooth brush.
I ordered the wrong size. Is there anything you can do?
If when ordering you made a mistake in your choice of size we do have a service to help you. The resize service is offered at a cost $7 for one bracelet and $1 for each additional bracelet (price includes redelivery).There is more information at the bottom of the page here Sizing Help.
What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept payments through the website or Paypal. We will not accept paper checks, money orders, or cash. It just gets messy.
Why don't you have a phone number to call?
We are an online company. We do customer service through email. This allows us to have records of customer interactions and gives us time to take care of issues at a pace we can handle. By not answering the phone all day we are able to keep costs lower and spend more time working on orders.
You don't even have a phone number to take phone orders?
We do not process phone orders for security reasons. The website is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to order. It is safer for you, and there is less liability for us.
