Warranty
All woven paracord carries a 90 day warranty. If it breaks or falls apart under normal use it will be replaced exactly as it was ordered. In order to get the replacement the original must be returned. Please contact customerservice@finderskeeperscreations.com. All Lockets, Chains, Charms, Toggles, Buckles, Clips, Shackles, Medical Tags and Dog Tags carry a 30 day warranty. If they break or stop working under normal use they will be replaced at no charge. The colors or charms cannot be changed when making a warranty claim. In order to get the replacement the original must be returned. Please contact customerservice@finderskeeperscreations.com. Warranties begin from the confirmed date of delivery.

    Love the bracelet, didn’t realize until it got here that I’d ordered something that was my middle school colors. The bracelet was a little bit big, but not so big it just falls off. It’s very well made and looks awesome.
